Trick 01
1. Open an empty Notepad file
2. Write .LOG remember it should be the first line of the file, and then press ENTER. Save the file and exit.
3. Open the saved file and you will notice that Notepad shows the current date and time at the end of the file and places the cursor on the line after.
4. Type your notes, save changes and exit the file.
After you have done that open the file and you will see the changes.
By using this trick you can can make your notepad a personal diary.
Trick 02
1. Open a notepad file
2. Then type "Bush hid the facts"
3. Save changes and exit...
4. Open the saved file again. And see the changes
Trick 03
Did you know the number of the flight which was used to attack the World Trade Center? The number of the flight was Q33N.
Now, Open new file in your Notepad and type the number of the flight (i.e. Q33N).
After you have done so click on format>font, increase the font size to 72, and change the font to 'wingdings' Now see the amazing thing.
Trick 04
Hide Text in Notepad
1. Open your command prompt. Go to Start–>Run and then type cmd in the box
2. Then type cd.. to move to C:\> drive or you can type cd desktop by doing that you will move to your desktop.
3. Type the following code in your command prompt notepad, filename.txt:hidden
4. Then type some data and press (Ctrl+S) or save the file.
5. Now browse the file location and then open filename.txt you will not see any data in the file.
6. To make the hidden data open command prompt and type the same command.
notepad filename.txt:hidden
